Inner Conflict

This is a painting project I had to complete for NAS. It's a very personal painting, but shows some inner conflict in me with issues such as my mother, dealing with death of loved ones, looking at what was once living dissolves back into where it came which is symbolic in the use of water, and looking at my heritage of my mother's side which is little known to me.

I've done this piece in oils. The shot isn't very good but yeah, will have to do for now .
